GMI website was
started in 2007 as a part of the Genius Merchants Inc. (Registered in BVI No:1436186) with over ₤1 billion in total assets
under management.

Since 2002, Genius Merchants Inc. has carved out a
strong and unique position as
a leading investment banker specialized in institutional clients with
capital
needs of minimum ₤1 million.
In
2007, we
began a new journey at Genius Merchants Inc., a journey to expand our business
worldwide and
at the same time offer a Global Income Opportunity
for private investors.
Considering investors’
requests from the all over the world, company Board of Directors
decided to
launch GMI project to develop and extend their activities ,to meet
the
worldwide investors’ satisfaction and to mechanize
the current investment system in order to achieve the international
GIL Project in 2010.
The British
Virgin Islands (BVI) territory
has been a true phenomenon for the establishment of offshore companies
in
recent years. It has rapidly become the premier offshore corporate
domicile
with more than 300,000 International Business Companies (IBCs)
registered.The BVI consist of 60 separate islands, situated to the North
West of the American Virgin Islands, 60 miles from Puerto Rico. The
population is approximately 17 000 and
the official language is English. It is a colony of Great Britain, with
autonomous
local government and its own constitution. Legislation is based on the
English
Law.

and acceptance of the BVI by the international professional community
has also
been greatly assisted by a policy of partnership between the BVI
Government and
the private sector to ensure that policies and legislation meet the
financial
community's needs and interests. The BVI private sector includes two of
the
world's largest and most renowned banks, Barclays (UK) and Chase
Manhattan
(US), as well as five of the top six accounting majors, and several of
Europe's leading private banks and trust companies -- all
of whom have established offices in the BVI.
Because British Virgin Islands (BVI) is one of the oldest and most respected offshore financial centres in the world and met our international tax planning requirements, we have chose this offshore country for improving our business world wide in 2007.
